Keith May

Keith May, a native of the Shenandoah Valley, is the owner of Kline May Realty as well as the owner/Broker of its sister company, Cottonwood Commercial, a commercial real estate brokerage. He also has significant experience in Development of Commercial and Residential real estate, and in investment real estate.

Keith’s goal is to make sure that buyers and sellers of real estate at Kline May Realty and Cottonwood Commercial are satisfied with the service they have received. Keith comments, “We have a great team of forward thinking, thoughtful, customer oriented agents that I consider the best in the area.”

By focusing on each individual customer, Keith is proud of the way his agents have truly adopted a client focused philosophy. The mindset of the agents at Kline May are to treat each client as their best friend, (and many clients become some of our best friends) all the while using Technology to give outstanding client service.

In addition to Keith’s numerous sales awards, Keith has received the Harrisonburg Rockingham Association of Realtors’ Code of Ethics Award. Keith also accepted the Virginia Chamber of Commerce Fantastic 50 award three times on behalf of Kline May Realty. This award recognizes the fastest growing companies across the State of Virginia. However, Keith’s biggest ambition in life is to strive for the “Best Dad” award from his three children.

Keith has served as the Chairman of the Board of the Harrisonburg Rockingham Chamber of Commerce and has been involved in numerous local organizations and boards. He is a member of Rotary International and has served as Chairman of the Board for Virginia Mennonite Retirement Community and Virginia Property Aid, a church based mutual insurance company. Keith also serves as Chairman of the board for the Mahatma Gandhi Center for Global Nonviolence. Keith’s interests include entrepreneurship, international travel, cultural diversity, and getting involved in his children’s events.
